1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing Heremio, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Heremio for an organization, you represent that you can bind it.
These terms govern Heremio accounts, collections, reservation requests, external links, and community features.

Provide accurate, current information, protect your credentials, and review activity on your account. You may not transfer accounts, create automated accounts, or impersonate another person. Report unauthorized access promptly to [email protected].
Heremio helps people create wishlists and setups, discover content, follow, save, comment, share, and coordinate gift reservations. Heremio is not a marketplace, merchant, payment institution, delivery service, or guarantor that a gift will be purchased.
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading it, you grant Heremio the worldwide, service-limited rights needed to host, display, format, back up, secure, and distribute it within your visibility choice. You are responsible for having the right to share it and respecting other people's rights.
Illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violence-promoting, privacy-invasive, infringing, malicious, or phishing content is prohibited. You may not evade rate limits, scrape the service, bypass security, send bulk unsolicited messages, or reverse engineer protected systems.
Consider the consequences of choosing public, link-only, or private visibility. Share another person's personal data, home address, documents, or image only when authorized. You understand that third parties may reshare a public content link.
A reservation is a coordination record between people. It does not create a purchase, payment, inventory hold, delivery, ownership transfer, or binding promise to give a gift. A list owner may approve, reject, or later update a request. Participants remain responsible for their own purchase and communication decisions.
Product links can lead to third-party sites. The relevant provider is responsible for price, stock, product safety, checkout, shipping, returns, warranties, and privacy practices. Showing a link does not mean Heremio endorses the product or merchant.
The subscription screen lists current Free and Plus features. Web Plus is purchased through Paddle checkout as a recurring, automatically renewing subscription. Paddle displays the applicable price, currency, taxes, renewal date, merchant of record, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase confirmation. You can manage or cancel through the Paddle billing portal; unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
We may review content with automated signals and humans, limit visibility, request changes, reject content, and apply warnings, suspensions, or bans proportionate to a violation. AI provides advisory triage only; a human operator makes final publication and material sanction decisions. Immediate security and legal obligations remain reserved.
The Heremio name, software, interface, design system, and original service content belong to their respective rights holders. Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, sell, license, or create confusion with the brand.
You can request deletion in settings. The request is reversible for 15 days; access then ends and data is deleted or anonymized under the Privacy Policy and category-specific schedule. We may suspend or terminate an account for violations, subject to legal retention duties and narrowly scoped official preservation requests.
We may improve, add, or retire features. We work toward reasonable continuity and security, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes that adversely affect users.
To the extent permitted by law, Heremio is provided as available. We do not guarantee user content accuracy, external merchant information, or that a reservation results in a purchase. Mandatory consumer guarantees and non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
To the extent legally permitted, Heremio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, third-party merchant transactions, or disputes between users. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury, or another matter that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Mandatory consumer and data-protection rules take priority. Applicable law and forum depend on the Heremio service provider's place of establishment, your country, and mandatory rules governing the dispute. Before formal action, you may seek a resolution through [email protected].
